Gregory Fordham KsJ Principal

Gregory was articled in London and completed his training in Guildford. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1977. Since admission he has practiced in Weybridge, Kensington and Hampshire and acquired a wide experience of private client, general and family practice. Formerly a litigation partner in a Hampshire firm with offices in Aldershot, Alton and Liss. He has been an active member of the Hants Incorporated Law Society and on the Committee and Board of Directors of the Society. He later became a consultant and undertook locum work during which time he was first introduced to Biggs & Co. After covering civil and family litigation when needed during the past three years, at the beginning of April 2006 he took over Biggs & Co from its founding Principal Chris Biggs. He is specializes in Private Client (Probate, wills and trusts) and complex family and civil law cases.

Nataliya Topliss

Before taking up law in the UK, Nataliya studied and worked abroad. After studying at the National Agricultural University in Kiev, the USA, and then in Vienna, she attained a Doctorate in Agricultural Chemistry.

Nataliya gained experience in the commercial world, where she worked as a consultant for a private company in Kiev. She was promoted to Company Director, and remained in that role until moving to the UK.

During her training as a solicitor, Nataliya developed a keen interest in a wide range of conveyancing matters, as well as tax, trust and probate law, and has chosen to concentrate on these areas in practice.

Dolores Kelly

Dolores was admitted in and worked in the City before giving up Law to have a family. Dolores resumed her career after moving to Wokingham and dealt with Divorce and Family, litigation and employment.

Sadly she has had to leave us for a while for family reasons but she keep in touch and we hope that she will be able to rejoin us in the future.
